ScopeQuill is currently free to use. You can create invoices, quotes, and email signatures without paying, so there are no subscription fees, one-time purchases, or usage credits to refund at this time.

If Paid Services Are Added Later

If ScopeQuill introduces paid plans, subscriptions, usage credits, or paid exports in the future, this policy will be updated before those services are offered.

Any future refund terms will explain eligibility, request windows, processing timelines, and how refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged by mistake for a ScopeQuill service, contact us with the email address used, the payment reference, and a short description of the issue. We will review the case and respond as soon as possible.
